* Deposit (30 KD) is NON-REFUNDABLE in ALL Cases 

* Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. Our appointments are tightly scheduled, and we aim to provide our clients with the full experience they deserve.
* Please PUT YOUR MOBILE PHONE AWAY during session

* Kids are not allowed in the studio
* This booking is NON-transferrable (i.e. NOT given to another client) 
* Booking cancellation/rescheduling is allowed ONLY if it happened before 48+ hrs apart from appointment, If you decide to cancel with a period less than 48hrs from the appointment, cancellation is allowed but rescheduling is not (i.e. deposit will be void)

* Rescheduling is allowed ONCE, and subject to availability

* If you request Hair styling Service, remember to wash your hair prior to your arrival if needed. 

* Only one person is allowed in the work area, guests are kindly requested to stay in waiting area

* ADD-ON services like Body Glow is available at checkout

• الدفعة المقدّمة (30 دينار) غير قابلة للاسترجاع في جميع الحالات.

• في حال الوصول متأخرة أكثر من 10 دقائق، يتم إلغاء الموعد تلقائيًا. مواعيدنا مرتبة بدقة ونحرص على تقديم خدمة كاملة لكل زبونة.

• يمنع اصطحاب الأطفال منعا باتا

• يرجى وضع الهاتف جانبًا أثناء الجلسة.

• الحجز غير قابل للنقل (أي لا يمكن إعطاؤه لشخص آخر).

• يمكن إلغاء أو تعديل الموعد فقط إذا كان قبل الموعد بـ 48 ساعة أو أكثر. إذا تم الإلغاء قبل أقل من 48 ساعة، يسمح بالإلغاء لكن لا يمكن إعادة جدولة الموعد (أي أن العربون يضيع).

• يمكن تعديل الموعد مرة واحدة فقط، ويعتمد على توفر المواعيد.

• في حال طلب خدمة تصفيف الشعر، يرجى غسل الشعر قبل الحضور إذا لزم.

• يسمح بدخول  شخص واحد فقط في منطقة العمل، ويرجى من المرافقين الانتظار في منطقة الانتظار.

• خدمات إضافية مثل لمعة الجسم (Body Glow) و فونديشن ايربرش متوفرة ويمكن إضافتها عند الدفع.
